Wow!!! It hurts even to watch. May seem rather brutal, but it certainly is more effective
than a $500 fine with probation.
This man was caught driving while under the influence of alcohol, in
Singapore ..... A first offence.
Believe it or not there is absolutely no Drink-Drive problem in Singapore.
It seems the singapore police is very cruel/strict on the public who is drunk driven.It is upto you to judge this type of punishment is right or wrong.
